Nope, I did that. I followed the tutorial to the 't' and saved the finished image in PNG format, just like it instructed.

Well, I did that, but it didn't work out as planned. I have my test image that was completed with the Alpha Mask, but when I import it into the main picture as a layer, it brings along the larger square outline. When I did the figure with the Alpha Mask, the background was checkered, just like the tutorial link from BoltBait stated it would be, meaning that it should all be transparent when saved. However, that's not what's happening; I have a white background. I tried to get JUST the figure to import, but it won't work. When I go to lower the opacity, the square outline's opacity lowers, too, but it's just as noticeable as the figure within it. What am I doing wrong?

Okay, I'll give it a shot. Any tutorials on how to use the plugin or is it fairly straight-forward?

I was wondering if anyone knew of a tutorial for applying a 'ghost' (transparent) image of a person, onto an existing image that has other people in it. I have a family picture with two of my uncles and my aunt, and I'd like to place a ghost image of my deceased father and uncle behind them. I've searched through the tutorials, but have had no luck finding what I need. Any help, even if it's to direct me to somewhere else, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks...
