Well on photoshop you just use the airbrush to make the eyes shine. :wink:

Yeah I tried that, but I'm not smart enough to use it proberly.

So I wanted to know if there was a way to mimic, or plugin the airbush effect, I tried the gaussian blur, smug, feather, and the smart blur. Help?
