Run the plugin then scroll down in MyDocs and find "Paint.NET User Files". I am sorry, I feel like a moron, how do I run the plugin? Whenever I click "open" it asks me to find something to open it with, what should I use?

Hi, this is my first post here because I have no clue what I am supposed to do with this... I extracted the folder and there is a dll in it. What should I do with it? And the foler you are talknig about isnt in my docs..... (I got XP) If you guys can help the new guy, thx .
