Thanks so much. I knew it would be an easy answer. I think the intuitive nature of the program encourages experimentation and got me in a crunch. I appreciate your reply.

I'm a newbie to this stuff, but I've been using Paint.net since January and I love the magic wand. Only now it doesn't turn off. I click it, do what I want and then right click to make it turn off which always worked before and now it doesn't. Please help. This happened after the last update and I'm lost. I searched and read and found nothing. Anyone?
