I'm very, very new to paint.net. I've been following a few tutorials. I've downloaded effects and plug-ins. What I was wondering, is if anyone could make any tutorials on photo retouching, or editing pictures in different ways. I take a lot of pictures. I get bored with just the way regular digital photos look. I wanted to make them look unique, different. Like I've edited them in photoshop. I've found a few tutorials, but not many. Could anyone help me out?
