I'm trying to change everything that is one color (black) to another (birght blue), only problem is that I have no earthly idea how to correctly use the recolor tool (or whatever other tool i'm supposed to use). I'd appreciate some help thx.

I need to know how to set and object that i download on a transparent background so that i don't have to keep asking one of my friends to do it for me, it is really frusterating. Thanks for your help p.s. I'm new at this (just in case this is really obvious or something)
