when I tried to use the wand it dosent select anything??? Am I doing something wrong??? I clicked on the wand then clicked on the area I wanted to select and NOTHING happened??? Can someone help me please?!?!? -

Ok.......I know how to turn a pic black and white but how do you keep like the eyes or something with just a little color in the pic??? Do you know what I mean?!?!?!
