I was thinking, there should be preferences,options,settings (Whatever you want to call it) for Paint.net with settings like: 1. Line Vertice(little grabby things)your line will have. 2. Default Canvas dimensions 3. Default Canvas starting colour, or Image 4. Default Window positions 5. And an Effect installer for Noobs

you can try using "unfreez" http://www.whitsoftdev.com/files/unfreez.zip and save your animation pictures as .GIF's, or it won't work.
