With I little difficulty I got it down with the move selected pixils button. Thanks, I such a newb. :oops:

Just a single part. I just said the lasso tool because that's all I really know when selecting individual parts.

Is there a way I can select a piece of the picture, like using lasso select and rotate 1 piece? Perferably in my own increments? Your help will be greatly appreciated. I missed up a piece of my picture and I'm hoping to correct it on the computer.
