Hi I have a printed form that I want to scan in as an image file and combine it with a plain text file, so I can adjust the form and use it as the background for the text. I don't see any options for importing a plain text file, so how do I do it? Thanks for any help David

Hi I'm new to paint.net. I'm trying to use the recolor tool on a bitmap image (of a form), selected primary color, secondary color (to be replaced), selected the recolor tool, left click on image and nothing happens - any suggestions? thanks David
