Thanks, next week looks like it's going to be a slow week, and it'll either be PDN or Python experimenting

My avatar and signature made a couple years back. I have no clue where the stock image is (the skeleton reaper). They were made in Photoshop (Either 7 or CS1), not PDN, but I'm new to PDN for anything other than cropping/resizing. I thought I'd post these anyways. I've got to learn my way around PDN, as the only experience I had is with Photoshop. I've used GIMP before, but it was the same deal as PDN. Now I'm off to find some Photoshop-to-PDN guides...

I stopped coding the Blog CSS half way through, and I'm going to code my own blog system anyways (Python on Planes or Ruby on Rails if I can, otherwise either Perl or I'll just stick with PHP). Let me know what you think for both sites. I do realise that there are broken links on aaziz.org, but that's fine.

Hmm... new to the community (as you can tell by post count 1). So to clarify this for me, is this contest to create your own application, or simply to design the interface, etc? At first I was believing the former, but now I think it's the latter, which would make sense on a graphics design board. Anyways, I'm a programmer myself, and I was thinking about introducing a project that I partially completed a while ago and am restarting now. It's a map editor for 2D games, using tile-based maps (much like RPG Maker's from the old days). I don't know how (or why, really), this application would be skinned, but as I was thinking of this I thought some folks here might like the idea. Anyways, another thought, is this contest about the design of the UI, or more of the art/fancy -ness of it? =/ Hard to explain.
