i tried... if i cut it out .. it iwll still be white.. even if it has the checkered stuff behind it...

I was just wondering how i can cut someones head off and then attach it to another pic without have the white or a black backgroud i use the laso feature.. and it take the head off nice... but when attach it to antother photo.. there is a white background that i have to blend....and it doesnt look great...
