If its my video card or tablet driver, then why does only paint.net cause BSOD and not anything else?

It restarts it but does not crash it. I get that blue screen but I can't read it quick enough before it restarts the computer.

I was wondering if anyone else is getting the blue screen of death when they start up Paint.net. I did have a virus but have gotten my computer fixed. I had to uninstall Paint.NET and reInstall it. Now Everytime I click on it to open, I get the blue screen of death and the whole computer restarts. Its only on this program and no others. Does anyone have any suggestions or can help me?

Everytime I save an edit it always comes out "grainy". :? How do I keep this from happening?
