Okay, I found the solution! If anyone else has the same problem, I will post the solution I came up with for it may be their problem too. Since it said the directory was corrupt, I tried all the things I could think of for the directory, but what made it work was, I went to my
C:\Users\(USERNAME)\Appdata\Local, and after I went there, I tried deleting the Paint.Net folder that was there, it said I couldn't delete the directory because it was corrupt, so I just renamed it, and now it works like a charm I hope someone will find this solution helpful in the future.
