  1. Thank you "I Like Pi", here is the crux of the matter! You can not uninstall native images if the assemblies are deleted! And uninstalling the native images in the setup routine failed. But why? Any ideas?
  2. Ok, it's a way to use third party tool's. But I think it's better to avoid this circumstance! So, I found the source code from Paint .NET 3.08 (with setup projects) on the internet and for my eyes everything looked well. There are also a lot of other examples for NGEN wich are similar to the setup project. I made another project on my machine with the same result. May be it's a bug from Microsoft?!?!? Any help would be greatly appreciated !
  3. Hello everybody, did any one know, if you are uninstalling Paint .NET, that the Native Images did'nt remove from the GAC (Native Image Cache)? Please read http://msdn2.microsoft.com/de-de/library/bb979071.aspx to take a look into the Native Image Cache. So, were is the problem? It would be nice, if anybody could explain the reason to me! Or is it a bug? Kind Regards Dirk
