    I'm not sure, but i got the latest version from about 2 months ago. EDIT: v3.22
  2. Graphic Peace
    I put the .dll thing in the effects folder, and it appears in the effects but, when i try to put the splatter nothing happens, i changed color, size, and everything. Someone help me please?
