I have been trying to use plug ins but i download them and then i know they say to put them in the effects folder but I do not see an effects folder when I am downloading them to save it in. I have tried everything but cant figure it out. I also was wondering about how to do a picture in picture ? Any input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !

I seen someones pictures who have turned their pictures into letters. Example, she spelled out her kids names and each letter was a picture of the child. I am new to this and cant figure it out for the life of me. Please help !
