Paint.Net v 3.22

is my version, and no where on that plugin page does it say, "v 3.22 doesnt work"

So BoltBait could ya help again?

I want a picture to, well, reflect. And, I downloaded the following plugins

viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2520 - Didnt work

and some others, But, It wont load!! I use it and nothing happens, it doesnt change it at all! Can you help!
