In ITALY(and i'm italian too )Paint.net is not a know project, a lot of people here use other products like Adobe Photoshop (I sincerely HATE IT). An italian Web SIte can be a good help to new people that use it the first time but then delete it because is in English (italian patch can be found online) and because a lot of italian people can't use computer very well.
If you are the REAL ADMIN, you can grant to Cris to use the contents of your WebSite.
If you don't like that the web site is copied you can decide if Cris can create a "FUN SITE" with the same contents, but ONLY TRANSLATED!
I Know Cris and he is a determinated guy Give him a chance! Look his web site (zeldahh.it)! It is only made with his notepad and some of antenna web design studio's and don't contains dinamic server page. He is a good Web Master. If he want I can help him with my Php's Knowledge.
BUT IT DEPENDS ONLY FROM YOU!!
