I can't find -Anywhere- a plug-in for burnt edges effects. or, if it's legal around this board, a tut, maybe? I'm just wondering. i've searched, but no luck. much is appreciated

I'm new to these boards, and i'm slightly new to Forums in general. I've never been big into boards other than getting information. But now, being interested in this board, i've decided on making an elaborate Signature Picture/Banner. I've made my banner (500x150 canvas, correct?), and just need to know how to make it my signature on this forum. Much Obliged!
