This was my result. I used David Atwall's idea to help enhance it. This is a very straightforward tutorial, thanks.

This is almost the same as the other, but if you play with the dimensions a little, it looks more like the one in your image. It's a bit rough around the edges but otherwise it's okay.

My vote goes to aile.
