I had this idea for a gif plugin which allowed people to open up animated gifs in frames and also save them at different speeds. This would be great since I work with gifs quite a bit and I'd rather use paint.net than gimp or unfreeze. Thanks again

Does anyone know how to make a transparent vtf? I can't seem to be able to do it. I read about an alpha channel or something somewhere. Thanks
