I got a virus recently and afterward Paint would not open (Windows 7), although I do not know if the two are related. After trying a few things shown here without success, I copied my effects folder to the desktop, deleted Paint.Net and reinstalled it, replacing the effects folder with my loaded one. Now it works fine.

I copied a large map to a tiff format and would like to reduce the size of it to about 5% and print. The problem I have is that the already fine lines disappear when reduced. It is a white map with black lines. Is there any way I can increase the size of these lines? Thanks, Slick1983 Lafayette, LA
