Loco Metal Head

Alright. So say I am to do it as an animated GIF, how would I go about doing this?

So I want to to create an animated header like the one on the link below. I would prefer to use Paint.Net but I also have Photoshop if neccesary. So my question is what would be the best route for creating this effect without the use of flash? (I expect that there is going to have to be code thats going to go into my website for this to happen whether that be html or javascript) Any help would be appreciated! http://blocktemplateplugindemo.weebly.com/#Blockslide

It's not so much just as an image as it's actually a banner for my companies website. I want it to flip through certain images like a slideshow. Would it still apply in my scenario?

So I did a search on the forums on how to make a rotating gif, sliding through multiple images but couldn't seem to find anything. I know that this is a pretty simple task and used to be able to do it but have forgot in the long while I haven't got to use Paint.Net. Any help would be nice, thanks!

I'm trying to figure out how I can easily take the numbers out of the banner below and make the areas where the numbers were taken out blend together. Any help please?
