I'd like to learn how to lift a postage stamp strike cancel from a postage stamp, and wondered if Paint can achieve this. If so how/where do I go for a tutorial. Would I be able to complete partial rings of cancels? I can post an example of a cancellation if need be. Thanks Rod (Newbie)
