I can't draw the squares in this step.

If you still don't understand, please read on. Now on a new layer I have made 6 squares with different colors and the edges are not touching. With Transparency - Alpha at 128, and with text labled cut out. Just like the image below, the black background is on another layer. Please help! I dont know how to do this step. Thank you!
