Well, I can't find Paint.NET in the saving folders, once you follow the downloading steps here;; http://boltbait.googlepages.com/install

I can't seem to find Paint.NET when I open my 'save as' choice for the file I want to download onto my Paint.NET.. I can't find Program Files either.

I'm trying to download some files from this site for my Paint.NET;; http://www.boltbait.com/pdn/ I open up the download file after it says 'open with' I click 'open with' I choose 'select a program from a list' then ok Choose the 'bowse' button go to 'Paint.NET' in the file folders go to 'effects' Then I don't know what to do, It doesn't say anything about how to bring the file in.. so how?

On my Paint.NEt, when I click either the drop down window button for the colours or press F8 it will not show up. Why?
