I'm going to take a wild guess and say that this would be insanely hard to impliment (possibly), but I'd still like to know if it's possible. It'd be pretty cool/useful to have support for .svg's. If anyone doesn't know what I'm talking about, Wikipedia can help.

You should also use the reflection effect so there's a reflection of the moon on the water.

I really like this picture, and I thought I'd take a stab at adding rain, so there you go. Also, with a text effect I came up with, zoom blurred and overlayed onto the main picture. And the origional is here. 2560x1600 versions of the above two edits can be downloaded here and here.

Came up with an effect that looks a bit different from this quite a while ago, but it pretty much follows the same steps.
