Yes this is what I mean by callouts. I would ideally like the flexibility of changing the length of the pointer in the callouts object.

I am primarily looking for a facility to draw callouts Paint.Net. This is required to draw comic strips to write text spoken by characters. It would be great if someone directs me to a plug-in which draws Autoshapes like in MS Powerpoint. Best Regards Manus
