  1. Wish I could grow my hair long. It's too curly and just ends up making me look like a girl.
  2. I take it spelling wasn't your best subject in school, lol. 'Twas sarcasm, love. I'm an excellent speller. Which, of course, means that the exclamation of "Eureka!" was, indeed, fairly significant. You are a strange individual :?

  4. Agreed. Just wanted to point out it was a really boring book
  5. How can you say that? I've read it and it is one of the most boring things ever. I've read it. And it's the most epic story I've ever seen - battles, adventures, humor, kings anointed and dethroned, a people selected, a people rejected, a final Hero, and romance beyond anything man can understand. But most of all, it's the story of MY life - a life that's changed, forever, because of the words God wrote down in it. Sorry to burst your bubble but it's a book and was therefore written by man.

  7. Ammortization? Hard-coding an index of 49?! You must be writing something really weird... That's an array referrence. I'm making a program that does ammortization tables. For declining balance ammortization the first year and the last year of ammortization are handled differently than the rest of the years so I had to do them manually. Since I made the number of periods flexible I put the value for the last year's ammortization in an array cell near the end of the array so that it won't interfere with the other ones. And in anticipation of the question of how do you know if that's far enough, nobody ammortizes anything for more than 40 years .
  8. Ammortization[49]=depr; Looks like I copied some more C code, lol.
  9. Wow. That's a tough question. I've read so many good books... There's so many Star Wars books I could list, lol. I'd have to say though that the more memorable favourite books I've read are Moby Dick and Men Against the Sea (Book 2 in the Mutiny on the Bounty Trilogy). With Men Against the Sea I just could not put that book down. I got it read in like three days despite having to work, lol.
  10. looking good jerkfight, but something seems off to me, I'm not sure what it is. Maybe its the shape of the treasure box? The corners just seem to sharp. Maybe it's made out of plywood, lol.
  11. http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=4196&hilit=pleasantville This should help
  12. Okay, say you save something and forget to save it as a .pdn file. Later on you want to make some changes. Is there any way to open it and re-layer it? The format I'm thinking of specifically is .png. This may be a stupid question but hey, never hurts to ask.
  13. I agree with the others... this is some excellent work. I think that is the best signature graphic I've seen so far. I agree with Pyro that your name should be slightly more clear, but that should be easy to fix. Even as it is, it is excellent. Did you do this all yourself? The image on the right I pulled off Google Image. It's from one of my favourite animes (Bleach). I wish I could draw that well, lol.
  14. Kreeos, of all the stuff I've seen of yours, this is my favorite. Thanks ^_^ @pyro Oops, lol. Forgot to save it in .pdn format so ya... Anyway, still looks alright. On that note though, is there a way to open an .png and re-layer it?
  15. The problem is all the really good members here have set the bar too high. Everyone else expects every tutorial to be up to that ridiculously high standard.
  16. thank you , once i got the idea in my head of how to do it, it was actually quite simple, if you can teach yourself to break things down you can draw anything. If it lets me attach this you can read this, i never did finish it because some people said it was to basic, but its amazing how many people over look the simplest things. I know. I made a moon tutorial the other day and a lot of people seem to think it's too basic. Although what I did in the tutorial I'd never seen another person on this forum do.
  17. Thanks ^_^ I was going for that "OMG where the F am I?" kinda look. well you did a good job of that every artist looks at art differently, so dont get discouraged if one person doesnt like it or watever. it really comes down to this: if you like it, then its right. arts not like math where the answer to 2+2 always equals 4, sometimes in art 2+2 adds up to 6 8 or even 12. That's the hard thing for me to wrap my mind around. I always got A's in math in school but almost failed art :?
