Thanks for the quick reply sorry but no, that's not what I was asking about. I have cropped the image to take away some of the confusion. I am trying to figure out how to do the rays of light or beams, they are in the background on the top portion of the image (now that it has been cropped).

How can I reproduce the effect in this image: I'm referring to the effect you see in the background near the options button and slider control. It looks like rays of sunlight. Thanks for any help.
