that tutorial helped, except step 5 is not working for me. i can't figure out now how to delete the unselected part. i've never used this program before, so everything is kind of different XD

I tried to cut out an image and paste it onto another image, a background. When I did, a white square showed up around the copied image. How do I change it so that the square doesn't show up? Thanks!
