  1. I would open up both images you work with. On the backround image create a new layer, bottom left corner of the layer window. Then go to your secondary picture you want on top of the backround, select all or the section with your dog in it. Edit > copy. Switch over to backround and Edit > paste in to your new layer you created. Then you can use eraser tool or selection tool to clean up the edges. Hope that helps.
  2. Is there a plugin thats available, or is there a way to use drop shadow in paint? Any help is appreciated. NWM, found a plug-in.
