Thanks for the tip. I was interested in knowing if there were other graphic tools that are open source, and preferably based on .NET, that the community uses or recommends using with Paint.NET. It looks like Plug-Ins fit the bill. I was hoping for something XAML or Silverlight related.

I like to use Creative Docs.NET for vector graphics along with Paint.NET. Are there other tools that complement Paint.NET well?
