  1. @Sharp: I haven't touched Paint.NET for nearly half a year, so I'm afraid I can't remember... D: Is there a kaleidoscope plugin somewhere I might have used...? PS: I plan to pick it back up after exams are over in two weeks, so watch this space!
  2. Adoration. Really nice. Love it. The only niggle is that it seems to look better when it's fit to my screen rather than at 100%. Don't know why. But great work!
  3. Yep. My monitor's resolution is 1024 x 768 Thank you all for the compliments! For future wallpapers, what resolution(s) do you think I should produce them in?
  4. Phew. Zwicky returns!! After my looonnnggest hiatus yet, I have finally gotten back to creating something in Paint.NET! I present a new wallpaper set, Kaleidoscope. Click for larger view (1024*768). I also have a random new sig which I actually created first, funnily enough. It's not much, but hopefully a sign for more things to come! I'z is bak in business
  5. Thanks! I really need to put some new stuff out soon though, February 1st is a long time ago (which was when I last updated my gallery)
  6. Really like the new space-scape! Good job
  7. And if you want to shrink the filesize of PNG pictures (they are quite large in comparison to JPEG and GIF), try out the OptiPNG plugin if you haven't already! That will make loading times for PNG's on the internet quicker, especially in dial-up situations.
  8. It is possible to move any selection up and down minutely using the arrow keys once the selection has been made. So if you wanted to move the entire layer you'd make sure the layer was selected, click Ctrl + A to select all of it and then use the arrow keys to move it around one pixel at a time. Edit: You must click the move selected pixels tool after you've clicked Ctrl + A or made your selection otherwise the arrows do nothing
  9. No problem. And yes I think the date on them was 5/1/10. Or 1/5/10 if you're one of those backwards countries So quite a recent update.
  10. This is an update for Kris Vandermotten's plugins, download the plugins and replace them with the ones you currently have.
  11. Unfortunately that's not possible with the way Paint.NET currently handles text. You'll have to make the characters of each font separately.
  12. Go looking at some user's galleries in the Pictorium section, people like Oma, Darkshock, Kemaru and others have some really cool stuff. I'm sure there will be a few things you can come across that you'll quite like, and then you can experiment with making them. Hopefully you'll find some inspiration!
  13. Hello everyone! This is my first ever gallery update that does not include a signature of any sort! I present 3 wallpapers I accidentally stumbled into making. They are relatively simple, but I like them and I felt the need to put something up other than sigs, sigs and more sigs. The original is the white one. They only 1024 by 768 pixels unfortunately, no wide-screen or higher-resolution versions available, but it can't helped. I also edited the size of this one, it was originally 1280 by 1024 but PhotoBucket resized it funny, so I made a 1024 by 768 copy. And for the umpteenth time there is a different gallery update tag Enjoy, and comments are appreciated!
  14. I agree! I've been watching it slip down into the abyss of the Pictorium with agitation, but haven't had anything to add to it for a while. Thank you for your compliments So here's my latest signature, I submitted it for SOTW Entry 32. I wouldn't go as far as labeling this a major gallery update though.
  15. Me, leading people astray?!
  16. Your entry looks very good anyway so don't worry!
  17. Nice! I like the "misty" one the best. The other two aren't as interesting to me tho.
  18. Cool. So the pictures you post will or won't be a different style? I couldn't make sense of "they won't really look anything completely different than my other sigs" Looking forward to seeing what you come up with!
