Thanks for the reply Andrew D. Sorry for the wrong forum. Next question, is there a framing and matting plugin for PDN? I found one for framing and plugged it in but I would like some matting also. Any suggestions?

I was wondering if there is a plugin for paint.net to plugin photoshop plugins? I found a nice framing and matting plugin for photoshop and would like to plug it into Paint.net. When I put it into the effects file it did nothing. Is there a plugin to allow photoshop plugins to work?
