    The only solution that would apply was 6). I tried but error message: "Fail: dwResult = 1601". I'll try to uninstall to see what happens.

    Tried to update to 3.22 but is not working. Message: "Missing DdsFileType.dll". The "Repair" option does not work also. Same message. My previous version worked with no problems.
