I did what the site said and after doing what it said. I cant see it in the effects menu on paint.net program. Do you have any Idea's? :?

I down loaded your program. Can you tell me how to use it on the paint.net program? I can't open it with paint.net v3.20. Do I open paint.net program and then open the mirror program threw that or what. I am new to this. Any help will be taken greatfully. Thanks for your :? time.
