Is there any startup plugin or command line to create a layer, put on the bottom and paint it white directly? Or some way to make automatic this process using the shorcuts keys? Is this possible? Thanks for any help.

I'm a new user of Paint.NET. I always used MS Paint. Is there a way of "disable" the transparent background when moving pixels o make the background white like in Paint? The only solution i know so far is after moving pixels take the color of the background i want (e.g.: white) and fill the transparency with the bucket.
