I was looking at the strangers work in the pictorium and found these pictures and i really liked the lights and patterns in these two signatures underneath, can anyone show me how to make these or find a link to a tutorial? ive tried 3 times on three different websites none of them work

i have tried downloading paint.net but for some reason it just wont work it keeps saying corrupt archive file so i wondered if someone else could help me make it

Can someone please make me an avatar for this game im playing, ive just qualified for a custom avvy and i would like a picture of a shaman with a voodoo mask on.
