Okay, I was wondering if it was possible to make a silk texture in Paint.net. Is it? Or am I just going OTT?

Yeah, I really need one. All the ones I try go, well, pear shaped and are usually for PhotoShop or something. So, does anyone know how to do it, or where they can find someone willing to do this?

I've recently downloaded EdHarvey's effects and followed the instructions. I've extracted the zipped folder and copied the extraction into Computer > C Drive > Program files > Paint.Net > Effects and well, it wont work in Paint.Net. What have I missed out, or what am I doing wrong? Please help! ~kyouya~
