I have tried to upgrade from the version 3.08 to 3.2 (German Version) and the following problem occurred: "The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. Click OK to try again, or enter alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'PaintDotNet_944910279.msi' in the box below. I also can not deinstall the old program, because the same failure happens. Please give me some support. Many thanks in advans
