I need help I want to make my text glow just like the "Into the Dark" text. This is what I want to make like that text: And this is what I currently have, notice I don't know font and it doesn't glow. How can I do that with Paint dot net?:

How do I make the color bar at the bottom pop up...cuz I added a background color then I wanted to make the text a different color but couldn't...cuz I don't know how to make it pop up...
