Are there any Tutorial's on how to do this? I still can't get it. I'm not the best on a computer, but I'm learning

I'm still new at this and can't figure how to add one pic. to another. I want to take a Logo and place it in the top left corner of the pic. of me. Thanks Frojo. This is my first time playing around with any type of program like this.

I've been searching on how to ad words to a picture but can't seem to find any post on it. Can some one send me in the right direction.
