  1. Ya, I know that the iPod ads have some detail to them I just didn't mind much of it. Still, I will add an "Additional Steps" when I have the chance. Edit: Done! Was that what you were talking about?
  2. Alternatively you could simply use the silhouette plugin. Agreed, I will edit it.
  3. Thanks Mike Ryan! I'm done. Hope you like it and that I didn't cause to much problems...
  4. Oh god I'm so embarrassed. Honestly I didn't mean to press submit. It has already been done? Really? My apologizes, I couldn't find one anywhere.... I guess this was a failure.
  5. Find a new version of this tutorial here: http://forums.getpaint.net/index.php?/topic/17425-how-to-make-ipod-ads-rewrite-with-images
  6. Nice! May I suggest some sites to get PS Brushes? Ps Brushes Deviant ART

  8. It's a good sig but I would suggest you put a border on it to stand out more.
  9. 1. Nice 2. Why don't you just post the image here instead of the link? 3. Needs Feather or Anti-Aliasing. 4. The rain is going on the shadowed part. 4. Try to find a place up there in the sticked topics so you can avoid making a whole new thread for one image.
  10. Ya, I heard you talking about this on the other threads. I'm not a big fan of it but I'm going to consider it. (I already have the one you linked on the other thread.) Anyways, any thoughts? I would really appreciate some comments about my sigs to improve.
  11. I've only used Paint.net to make Sigs so far other than to follow tutorials. I've only used it for some 5-3 months (can't remember.) After seeing some other works you can say I'm a bit embarrassed to post this but I'm only a beginner. I'm looking froward to some constructive comments to improve. Enjoy!:
  12. I just made a Rounded Rectangle then made a Gradient :GradientTool:inside the box. After that I made a new layer and made white circle on the top of the image using the Eclipse tool , gave it a low Gaussian Blur :GaussianBlur: and lowered the opacity.
  13. How come I skipped allot of steps and got the same result?
  14. You might want to throw your name in there somewhere. One thing I didn't like about your tutorial is how you said sigs that are 400x150 are a "no no." I found that size to be the perfect size when making sigs. I made my sig using that size and I doesn't look bad so I can't understand why you said that (maybe because a smaller size means less empty space but you can get around that.) Other that that, this tutorial is great. I especially like the effects you gave with the clouds effect. I also think it's great how you did it step by step for anyone to understand.

  16. I don't think that's a very good tip (no offense.) If you set the flood mode to Global then you might be taking the white parts of the image (if any) with the background.
  17. In other words, if you save your image as is, it will save under the "PDN" format which is only recognizable to Paint.net. Where it says "Save as type:" when you're saving it change it to something else such as GIF, JPEG etc.
  18. Very nice effect, my try at it is on my sig.
