  1. First succesful outcome: (I thought it would be interesting using a copyright sign
  2. Wow Oma nice picture! I would like to see how that is done aswell! Well, as for my picture, thanks! I experimented a few minutes ago and came up with these, same pic, with some effects: ^^^^^^Used curves, made it a fire color ^^^^^^Used clouds to add a red fog ^^^^^^Used clouds to add red fog with multiview warp and also with added glow ^^^^^^Used clouds to add red fog with multiview warp and also made the main background inverted You said you would like to see how it's made, so should I post a tutorial? It would be my first tutorial, too. Now that you've inverted the colors, I can tell you did it with weave Yup i did weave lol but some other stuff too

  4. Thanks I am new with planets, but I'm starting to work with them more. Looks great Oma! I think I remember seeing that from before. EDIT: Just made this and didn't want to double post, I call it "Pepsi Marble"
  5. All of these sigs look nice so far, guys. Here are some of my sigs and avatars (most are sigs):
  6. Love it and always had, cjmcguinness. I don't know if this belongs in here, but here is a planet I made, I am kinda new at making stuff like this:
  7. I like it cjmcguinness. I posted this in the old pictorium...what, yesterday? lol so I had to post it again.
  8. MS Paint?! Oh my gosh! That's wonderful for MS Paint! But I would try to maybe smooth the lettering, but in spite of the fact it's made with MS Paint, it's just...wow.
  9. Looks good jake2k. The one thing I'm horrible at in pdn is landscape/outside-like pictures. The one thing I'm good at coincidentally is abstracts.
  10. My try at it: http://tn3-2.deviantart.com/fs23/300W/f/2008/006/1/4/Chrome_Text_by_Diabolicus.png Great tut! Easy, great end result, and mine came out good for a change! EDIT: I did not see the date of the last post. I'm so sorry!
  11. Thanks. Your like the first person to comment on my art. Everyone else just ignores it lol.
  12. Salu, that's really good. I don't know what to say about improving, because, it doesn't need any! I call it...optical delusional. Why? I'm not really sure. lol It's like that wave effect tutorial. But this one, I figured out myself!
  13. I like that R3VENGE. It's very random, in spite of it's name. 8) Made in PDN by me.
  14. I used the tut on how to create glass buttons, and rest I just experimented with. EDIT: Sorry for double post. I didn't notice. :?
  15. jake2k, those planets are awesome! The saturn-like one is really realistic! If you could make a tutorial, that would be great. But you don't have to, and plus there are a lot of planet tutorials, at least I think so. Well, keep it up!
  16. Well first make the text filled with gradients. For the chrome/metallic shiny outline, you could try somehow converting the chrome text tutorial effect to the outline of the text, but this would be quite hard. Talented PDN members who are good with text on this site might be able to help you for further support.
  17. The cat is pretty good. I would touch it up a little though. Please comment on my work below. No one is noticing it and I need constructive critizism.
  18. The crystal one I imagine would work okay...but I'm not sure, try experimenting, Oma, I'm sure you'll figure something out. Edit: I was trying out different effects and discovered that noise :AddNoise: works well, just make the color saturation 0 and the intensity about 23. It looks pretty good for skin.
  19. Good job, Oma. Very nice shading, it looks great. Comments on this please, it looks better full size, but it's a desktop wallpaper, I was experimenting with a few new plugins I installed, and came up with a pretty decent wallpaper. Constructive critizism welcome. To infinity and beyond! Don't ask me why I put that...lol
  20. Tutorial request, TheSwimmer! I love the glowy dots, how they look phychedelic (or however you would spell that), and they would be great as a background for something. So I'm requesting a tutorial! Maybe add some more cool effects, too.
