Ther's no choose to make animations in Paint.net, But you can make the frames in P.net and get them animated with "unfreez" http://www.whitsoftdev.com/unfreez/

I always use "Drop Shadow": http://img147.imageshack.us/img147/2725/snag0018qh6.png To edit the "Blur" you had to do shadow on a new layer and tick out "Keep original Image"

hey, It would be helpfull when you could copy the layer from picture 1 to picture 2. So you coud copy whole "effect-strings" much easier as before. Is there a chance to implement this feature to P.net?
