this is something i did when i was bored... :wink:
Dont reall like the colours TBH, i think some Blue, silver and maybe black would look good, and then make master chief stand out with a glow or a white mask over him?
But nice....most people create some good stuff when they are bored!

BoltBait love the plugins. This is pastel over ink. It doesn't hurt to have a great picture to work with. My brother took this one.

Well it says what she did above the pic....you must have seen....and i take it you have....and when tried i dont get this result at all!!!
It goes Pastel plugin...then Ink Plugin....but i couldnt figure out the exact attributes (settings)!
We must know....this is a truly spectacular creation!

Thats a starter tho....you have to build on that....eg use some gradients like from dark at the top to light at the bottom....just mess around with it until you get the desired effect and look!

Paint.net does not have an animation feature, and this means no animated cursor...sorry!
Unless someone can prove me wrong?

We don't need a plugin for this. I'm getting reasonably close to duplicating the effect in ScriptLab. Don't have a lot of time to perfect it right now, 'cause my schoolwork is getting the best of me, but I'll put it up soon. Couple days.

Couldnt someone...(a coder preferably) change some of the coding into paint.net terms and voila a plugin???

~you should try searching before you post a new topic as you may find many people have posted this question....also the tutorials section did seem like a place to check out before posting aswel?
For a start you have to have an idea to make a button! So for example a home button....you need to draw or get a home icon of the internet and if you are looking to make it look smart and have a glass look then check this tut out:
I think this topic needs locking as the search function is available and there are also many tutorials and other topics with similar ideas to answer your question!

A bit of blue would make that look better! Also your the fact thing in your sig doesnt make sense.... because 97% and then 4% adds up to 101%??? huh?

or like a ruler or something...i know what you want....but i dont think that would be possible....because all plugins have been made to draw something or render....this is an interactive tool! Maybe Paint.NET v.4.0+ (onwards) may have it in! who knows but this is a good request...some genius will need to work hard on this!
