Dont reall like the colours TBH, i think some Blue, silver and maybe black would look good, and then make master chief stand out with a glow or a white mask over him? But nice....most people create some good stuff when they are bored!

Thats a starter tho....you have to build on that....eg use some gradients like from dark at the top to light at the bottom....just mess around with it until you get the desired effect and look!

Paint.net does not have an animation feature, and this means no animated cursor...sorry! Unless someone can prove me wrong?

For a start you have to have an idea to make a button! or like a ruler or something...i know what you want....but i dont think that would be possible....because all plugins have been made to draw something or render....this is an interactive tool! Maybe Paint.NET v.4.0+ (onwards) may have it in! who knows but this is a good request...some genius will need to work hard on this!

What about an Image 'Stock section'?....I Or.....i dont know TBH i have two sides to this.... First it would be good... but then again...its supposed to be all made from scratch... What do you guys think?
