i think in version paint net 3.30 we can receive brushes,now Rick can easy do it if combine stamp ,layers,etc

Great and we recieve brushes!excellent and i tryed it with jitter plugin,with oil painting ,weaves,nice results and we can to combine it!we can make brushes with 2 or more effects,very nice and we can make fire brush(if combine fire tutorial,glow)

i make this manuallywithout plugins yes this is orb,not ball or it only round button,that often uses in web(glass round button)(or glass orb) You know,my english is not good,but,i think you understand what i want to tell and about another glass method

Popular formats,that's support transparency is PNG and GIF You may also try to imitate transparency in jpeg

Yes,you are right,bad aliasing,i downloaded plugin.Maybe engine of paint.net not approach for this effect.

I think that Paint.NET have almost all effects of first nedeed and more than needed(thanks to plugins and developers) For few years of it life paint.net very progressive programm,it's evolution very good.From simple programm it turn to power graphical tool! And i think,that we need in lensflare\lens effect as we can see in cinema or games,when rays of sun goes into camera objective Sorry for bad english
